Everything I teach has come from something I’ve wanted to improve in myself.

These have been both minor tweaks in my thinking and major habit-shifts that I’m still working on.

Now my purpose is to help others make these changes for themselves.

I have experience. I’ve earned every one of my grey hairs. For nearly two decades I’ve empowered C-suite individuals and their teams in some of the largest organisations in the world. Helping them grow professionally and personally, lead decisively, negotiate confidently, boost sales and, in one instance, land a multi-billion-pound pitch.

  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Honed during my successful career as an actor, including lead roles in the West End.

  • Certified Expertise: Accredited as an advanced coach and seminar leader in ‘Getting Things Done’ (GTD) by world-leading productivity expert and author David Allen.

  • Habit Change Mastery: Built a dedicated Alexander Technique centre and one-to-one private practice. Following a three-year training I helped correct harmful mental and physical habits for hundreds of people. These included performance athletes, bankers, barristers and a member of the House of Lords.

  • Simplifying the complex: Distilled detailed scientific information to groups of patients in collaboration with Dr Saira Hameed, prominent endocrinologist from Imperial College London.

  • High-pressure Leadership: Trusted to run the family office of an Ultra High Net Worth Individual for over five years. I oversaw communication on behalf of their family and businesses, managed a staff of over 50 and delivered projects as diverse as museum loans of fine art and multi-million-pound Superyacht refits.

Now I’m a full-time speaker, coach and course facilitator. I specialise in communication skills, health and productivity.
